Board Meetings are scheduled for the last Monday of each month (subject to change if there are conflicts)

Members can address the board at its monthly meeting during its regular agenda time. Members must contact Melissa Howard @ 660-265-4404 or mhoward@ncmec.coop prior to the meeting to confirm the date and estimated time for the member comment portion of the meeting.

Voting Policy

SECTION 3.05. Voting. Each member who is not in a status of suspension, as provided for in Section 2.02, shall be entitled to only one vote upon each matter submitted to a vote at any meeting of the members. Voting by members other than members who are natural persons shall be allowed upon the presentation to the Cooperative, prior to or upon registration at each member meeting, of satisfactory evidence entitling the person presenting the same to vote. At all meetings of the members, all questions shall be decided by a majority of the members voting thereon, except as otherwise provided by law or by the Cooperative’s Articles of Incorporation or these Bylaws. In addition to voting in person, voting may also be carried out by use of a mail ballot, absentee ballot or electronic ballot, or any combination thereof, under procedures established by resolution of the Board of Directors and disclosed concurrently with the notice of any meeting of members at which mail, absentee or electronic voting shall be allowed.  Members may not cumulate their votes or vote by proxy or by mail.
